Sweet Potato Fries
Soak (yellow) sweet potatos in water for 24 hours
Slice sweet potatos into long thick slices and brush with corn starch
Deep fry in canola oil
Drain and pat dry
Sprinkle with chopped scallions and sesame
Dip in hickory flavored ketchup

PS: I use organic everything...worth it if you can find it.
