Oriental Salad

1 head of cabbage, shredded
3 bunches of green onions, chopped
1 pkg. Ramen chicken-flavored soup
1-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cubed small

*If desired, Ramen shrimp-flavored soup & 8 ounces shrimp can be used instead of
the chicken.

Place the cabbage & onions in a bowl. Break up the noodles from the soup, reserving
the seasoning. Add the noodles to the cabbage/onions mixture & mix in. Add the
chicken or the shrimp & stir in. Set aside.

Dressing:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. each of salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1Tblsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Ramen seasoning packet

Mix dressing ingredients together until well blended. Pour over salad & chill
