Rhubarb Pie

  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups rhubarb 

Directions:

  • Cut rhubarb in small pieces.
  • Prepare pastry for 2 crust pie. 
  • Sift together flour and sugar.
  • Add egg and beat thoroughly.
  • Add rhubarb.
  • Line pie plate with pastry and pour in filling. 
  • Cover with top crust and bake in a very hot oven (525*F) for 10 minutes
  • Reduce temperature to 375*F. Bake 35 minutes.
